Guardians

Guardians are new to the game and are recruited by increasing the level of the Guardian Sanctuary building.

• Level 21 Building - Earth Spirit / Human Guardian
• Level 26 Building - Beastmater / Savage Guardian
• Level 31 Building - Dreamweaver / Elvin Guardian

Once recruited the Guardian level can be increased by purchasing Guardian Experience. The higher the level of the Guardian the more Manastones you can place on them.

  • Slot 3 boosts life
  • Slot 4 boosts altar attack
  • Slot 5 boosts altar defense
  • Slot 6 boosts altar life
  • Slot 7 boosts rally defense
  • Slot 8 boosts rally life

Guardians will provide additional help during attacks and defenses. They do not need to be sent out or assigned. However, you will need to place manastones on them.

Placing multiple of the same type of manastone, i.e. range, ground, mount and troop, can get you additional boosts.

Four manastones can be gathered for free each day once you have built a level 1 Guardian Sanctuary.

This is a maximally improved manastone. The main attribute (in black) has been improved using Catalyst Shards to level 40. The manastone would have started as a rare (pink) quality stone with 3 subattributes. Most likely Nimbus Pamphlets were used to transfer the wanted subattributes from a less desirable stone. When the Arcane Essence promoted the stone to epic quality the three rare subattributes were kept and an epic subattribute was added, for a total of four. The set boosts lists possible bonuses from having multiple epic level human ground manastones engraved. 

Manastones can also be improved.

• They can be upgraded (level increase) using Catalyst Shards. This will improve the main attribute of the stone. This is the only attribute that can be improved.
• Sub-attributes can be switched to another manastone of the same Guardian Slot using Nimbus Pamphlets. Once switched, they cannot be switched again.
• The number of sub-attributes of a manastone is dependent upon it's quality (background color). Improving the quality, but using Arcane Essence, will provide you with an additional sub-attribute for each increased level.
• Catalyst Shards, Nimbus Pamphlets and Arcane Essence can all be obtained by decomposing manastones.
